01-14-12 UPDATE 1900 hrs...
TATER has been FOUND!! A woman saw him walking along the side of the road stopped and called him to her car. She said it took a couple of times to coax him, but finally he jumped in. Leash was bro ken , but he still has his collar and harness on with all tags.
