Puppy Sales On the Internet

This story outlines another growing problem with dogs bot via the internet. In this case, a lady paid $1300 for a puppy from an out of state breeder and never received the dog - the breeder's website was a scam.

In a previous post I've mentioned things to look for in a good breeder. There's really no substitute for going to the site and seeing everything first hand - the breeder, the facility, the puppies, and the pup's parents.
