More On Baghdad Pups
I featured stories before about the group "Baghdad Pups" in past posts. This organization brings dogs back to the States from Iraq - dogs that our service men and women have befriended on foreign soil. For those that aren't aware, dogs in Iraq are generally poorly treated. In many cases, our members of the Armed forces are caring for and feeding these animals which repay the favor with friendship, devotion and more.
Unfortunately the Armed Services do not allow pets, so this organizations is offering a means for many of these dogs to get shipped to the States until their Service Person returns home.
