House Rules for your Dog
I stumbled on this video and it brings up several good points. A lot of big problems I see in dogs start out small. A little bit of structure and leadership in the home can go a long way toward earning your dog's respect. And that's a critical issue in having a well behaved dog.
This video discusses the issue of "space" in the eyes of a dog. Dog's do see space as a resource, and like any resource they may begin guarding it if leadership is lacking in the home.
