Dog IQ - Your Dog's Intelligence
Here's an interesting story about a company doing IQ tests on dogs. As you watch the video you'll see that even though this dog was rated well as far as intelligence, it destroyed several toys during the assessment, pulls on it's lead and jumps up on people. Yes...some training would be in order. Another interesting point from my perspective is that while intelligence can be helpful during training, it's not what I consider the most important asset to predict success.
